Is there a minimum extraction speed,?

I know there is the 3 room changes per hour (iirc) thing, but is the extraction speed set,?

I've been spec'd to fit some humidistat fans at 61l/s which seems very low to me unless the room is about 4 square feet,,,   :C

If it is 3 air changes per hour then yes the air change speed is set, for a room of 300m cubed, then you would need to shift 900 cubic metres of air per hour, or 15 cubic metres per minute, or 0.25 cubic metres per second, which is 250l/s

So @ 61 l/s you could go up to a room of about 200 cubic metres.
