If a customer asks for extractor fan to be put on switch is it ok to link the Live & Switch Live out

Why? Mine is. And that was done Last Year by an NICEIC Approved Contractor.

There is nothing wrong with having a Extractor fan Switched light a luminaire.

do you mean switched live in? i.e a timer fan? if so, you will need to or it wont work

Just do what customer wants they are paying.

As long as it complies, which this will, with 7671. Compliance with part P depends on the nature & location of said fan, and the presence or absence of windows etc.
