you have 60A on the neutral until it gets back to the DB.

that is my understanding of this.

if you have a balanced 3ph system you dont need a neutral,

but we have 1ph loading so therefore a N is required,

I think we lost track of Soulman's OP with all the balancing 3ph stuff, TBH . Are you talking about a domestic job here , Soulman , or what . You can switch rows of fluorescents with standard switches ( MK switches do not need derating for fluoro loads)
