Fraudulent trading ?

Is'nt it fraud  if you continue trading when having  debts to  electrical  & engineering services sub- contractors  of   £75 million

Trading while insolvent is a criminal offence.. [Or was, but the tory **** thatcher changed this]

Now, all that happens is that the directors "CAN" [but this will never happen] be held liable for the debts..

Well the large corporates won’t be, but SME directors very often are!
