Freeview Hd & Sky Hd Setup In 6-8 Rooms

Im trying at the moment to look at installing freeview hd and sky hd through out a house in 6 - 8 rooms. all I know so far is to use wp100 cable for the sky and coax for freeview. I would still like some advice on if I am to use powered amplifiers, splitters etc.
