I'm happy with Vistaprint. Go for the premium cards.

I don't give cards out very often so they tended to get a bit scruffy in my wallet so when I gave them out I was ashamed. I bought some tiny laminating pouches off ebay for a couple of quid and they keep much better.

Just a little tip.
