Hand Held Data Capture

I am sure we are all aware of those had held system used by delivery people used to get your signature for a delivery. Any idea who makes them or where I may get some data about them. I need one for a specific application and ideally with a bar code scanner built in as well.

Have a look in the yellow pages, under office supplies or commercial equipment

I remember seeing them in the same category as tills
