Hire Of A 250Mm Core Bit

I can`t find anyone going bigger than 6" on core bits. 

Do any of you know where we can hire a 10" from??

Anything bigger tahn 150mm and i get a man in!

last one was a 450 mm diameter one at 45 degrees through a floor to outside.  Had to bring 8  x  400 mm AWA singles into a server room

 the "slug " was so big they had to dig a hole outside for it to drop into then backfill what was left!

I think the NICEIC have a hire thing with HSS that gets you discount too.

TBH, for a 10" hole I'd either sub it out or chain drill it then chisel it out TBH.

Might be easier to chain it now - some idiot of a plumbit drilled an 8" hole cos "that was the biggest I had" :coat

I`m not too worried about doing it - cos I won`t be. Its for the extraction fan for the brewery - and the 8" hole on a 10" fan is reducing the output somewhat, from the manufacturers spec.
