Hi

Just starting out, been asked to do the electrics on a solar heating install, I will be just providing labor only no materials. When installing aerials and satellites i usually charge

is that 'solar thermal' ?

this question keeps coming up, there are loads of threads about how much to charge,

it all comes down to the same thing,

how much do you need to live on?

EDIT: if you are just starting out, what do you mean by that exactly?

do you have any experience of installing heating systems, and do you know/understand how to install them?

Its solar thermal, the guy i'm going to sub for does them all the time. He is giving me a break and wants me to do the electrics for him and is willing to show me what i don't know. There is a chance of more work so i was wondering if what i was going charge was fair, I think

Solar thermal is notifiable work, but i don't need to worry as he is registered with a scheme provider. Thanks for the feed back
