..........attach a Youtube Vid to an email ?

I tried highlighting the Url and copy /paste but it didn't seem to work .  The Url appeared in B&W text  but should it not be in BLUE  to work a link? 

I got the Vid to load into "Attachments " but it took forever .  Sent it to myself and it worked but am I right in saying that just the link will do .

you could download the vid with software and send a format that will work on the recipients computer / phone etc bit of a pain in backside tbh

That was nice & simple  , sent it to myself & it worked so I despatched it forthwith.  

Thanks Canoe , apologies for asking basic questions but I fly this thing by the seat of my pants  and have no one else to ask .  I have books but they assume that the reader learnt all the basic stuff at school I think . 

Now then ...I'm just going to shut the Forum down and tweek the bandwidths a modicum ..........hopefully we won't lose it forever.
