How many faults can you spot here?

I believe this shower was working like this, but it's dead now.

2.5mm twin and earth

earth and neutral incorrect in connection point (black to earth incorrect and earth to blue incorrect

Main supp bond connected to neutral should be earth

red and brown wirirng across heater block or was that from manufacturer ??

That's 6mm t&e the picture does not give it scale.

It was the odd split of earth wires that got me.  And the fact it "worked" there is obviously no RCD at source.

I'm not even attempting to fix it, as the front cover is broken, the 2 top lugs that secure it are both broken.
