liking the measuring kit.any chance you could have a go at measuring a roof with it from the ground, gutter to ridge, if you get what I mean,

and letting us know how accurate you can reasonably get a reading.

could be a very good tool for doing solar with.

Tried it from the bottom of the block this evening (three floors) to the guttering: 9.007m.

Also measured the hall out to 4.135m and the 411D came up with 4.136m

As you can probably tell by the experiments this is my first laser distance meter but I'm really

happy with it as it will clearly save a lot of time.
