I never worry it makes your hair fall out. My accountant has only had my books for about two weeks but if I get a shock like last year I will be changing my accountant. He has had his money as he takes it by d/debit. But always leaves it to the last minute to do my books.

when is your year end ???? mine is Nov 30 so.....

my accounts need to be submitted by April......any tax i need to pay needs to be paid by 2010 Jan 31st

It could be he has finished his Jan work and needs yours doing by April phone him and find out

As Deke said under 200 quid plus vat is the norm for a sole trader any more than that i would look around....
