i-on 30exd fault code

Hi All - hope someone can offer some advice.

Son recently purchased a house with an Eaton I-on 30exd installed.

Control box (and electricity meter box) needed relocating so I moved same into the porch.

Any wires that needed extended were soldered and heat shrink fitted with no problems.

I now have a fault showing "Panel Lid Open - call engineer" with a red light surrounding the navigation arrows.

The previous owner left a handwritten note with an Administrator code (not sure if this is the same as an Engineer code) and a User code.

Can anyone advise how I go about resetting the system or do I really need the installer to charge a fortune for pressing a few buttons?

Thanks for the reply Sharpend - I haven't got either of these, and although not the exact model, hopefully I can get something from them to help when I'm back next week.
