Ikea track lighting

Does anyone know if the Ikea 12v track light below is suitable for dimming??

generally if its ELV and unless the transformer is rated I would say no,

esp in the case of "cheapish" multi national fittings..

without more info I would assume not dimmable unless positive otherwise.

^ as above. if they really need dimmed, then you may have to replace the transformer with a dimmable one

I had assumed that as IKea did not list these as dimmable, then they probably ain't. But there is nothing on the site to say dimmable or not so thought i would ask question just in case anyone knows different. Fortunatley client bought fitting not me.
