Ive got type c down as socket and lighting etc.But type d for instance high inrush stuff x ray machines and transformers my question is machines would be down as d must be?

One of the jobs i had to use additional brain cells for was wiring a fork lift  truck  charger in a warehouse. The spec was a 50A, D type breaker single phase and it was about  a 75m  run  from the board. Not much of a Zs allowed.

Fork truck chargers are beggers for tripping out on switch on .       75 mtrs away !!!

Some supplies I start  thinking of HRC fuses sometimes , people think I'm barmy , but I've had to do it a few times with Japanese 1 colour press  , supplied with a transformer .
