I too was awake most of the night ,not insomnia but sneezing & gasping with hayfever .

Finished my book ,( it was the french gardener wot done it )

Then listening to R4Xtra & R5.

Deke have you spoke to your doctors about the injection for hayfever? They don't like you to have it every year but once every now and then is fine, I had one a few years ago and the first two years after having it I never suffered, the third and fourth year was a very mild outbreak. Not a miracle cure but does make life more bearable.

Was it a French Gardening book by any chance?

No I havn't Sharpie , I'm a million times better since I stopped smoking about 15 yrs ago but July is a bad month , I'd forgotten the Anti histamine, which normally does the trick and spent the afternoon weeding in the garden , like a fool .
