Domestic job including replacement of XF in Zone 1 (shower).

Rigid ducting through wall at ludicrously steep angle, meaning that the XF I purchased Vent-Axia VASF100T with an 83mm spigot can not sit in the ducting and fix (anywhwere near!) flat to the tiled wall.

All the other IPX5 fans I can find have similar length spigots.

The failed fan has a 45mm spigot and will sit flush - I left it safely disconnected but in place when I left the job with the intention of picking up a suitable fan and returning ASAP....I did not check the failed fan, but I suspect it is not IPX5 as I can find plenty of Zone 2 fans with similar length spigots.

I have seen some SELV fans with shorter spigots, but the shower location makes access above to hide the brick difficult / disruptive....IPX5 with should spigot would save a lot of grief.

Does anyone know of a non SELV IPX5 fan with max 45mm spigot please....or am I chasing Unicorns?

Thanks.
