I recently put some negative feedback on the forum relating to a poor experience i had

Well its only fair to report a better experience

i criticized their sales help before but this time when i phoned i got a good helpful response and stock numbers of the items i wanted.........

placed order online (Thursday) for next day delivery well before the cut off time

Friday came nothing ,,,Saturday came nothing...

Monday morning it arrived and on the box it had a label from UPS stating

'missed delivery'

My missus phoned up and explained our woes (needed the kit for Monday job)and that we didn't get next day delivery.

The sales guy went away saying he would phone back shortly,he did and we had a full refund of carriage...

Not their fault in the end but good customer service

Well........

sent my broken test kit to them to get calibrated and repaired they signed for it 20th at 12.34 pm

the pride themselves in a quick turnaround... well Thursday it is nout nothing

phoned them for an update and they promised one in 15 mins  nout,,,  phone pm still no reply

pants

both barrels tomorrow,,,,,,,   not happy

 
gave up on mailing test gear for cal etc years ago, after it was 3 days late returning. I'm lucky in that there is a cal lab local to me. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
