Hi guys...

Quick question

Do nursing home kitchens come under any other regs re exraction rates (over hobs - and require specialists) or can I replace the current domestic hoods (x2) like for like?

We're talking electric hobs here so gas interlocks arent required

Have a look at DW 172.  There are PDF's available;  I have

not had a close look but it may give you what you need for

the nursing home extraction.
