LED bathroom down lights - how to change

Can someone advise me on how to change these lights - i thought i'd just be able to take the bulb out but it appears to be attached to the fitting - they are about 8 years old. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Pics below

Difficult to tell from the pictures whether the lamps are removeable, are there any labels or part numbers on the fiitings

From the photos they look like they could he halogen lamps that are just very recessed into the fittings so you cant get you fingers anywhere to remove them....

If they are and they have a flat glass front..
Then a suction cup removal tool is your friend,
such as..

The fact that you have been able to remove the front bezzle, suggest that the lamps could be replaced.
