LED glows dimly

Someone asked me the other day if i knew why one of there LED downlighters glows dimly when switched off.

I did not dismantle anything to have a look as i was too busy, but said i would try and find an explanation for them.

There is six downlights in total, switched from three locations but this issue is only affecting one of them.

Anyone had any similar experiences

 
Are cables run side by side maybe induced voltage enough to power the led?
Almost certainly induced voltages from somewhere. On a typical domestic installation cables often group together in close parallel paths where they pass through floor joists.
