Light switches in bathroom

Hi Guys

Need to fit six down lights in a bathroom, four on one circuit and two on another, meaning two switches. Is it ok to fit a standard two gang switch or do they need to be pull cords. Would the two gang need to be outside bathroom?. two gang will be outside zones.

If it's outside the zones then plate switches are permitted.
