Long video and audio run

Hi, what is the best, sorry most economic way to send a video and audio signal over a distance of about 90 meters.

I may have to assess a job in a school to put a tv in the dining hall controled from the school office.

I have seen some using cat5 cable to do this but unsure how to research this.

I install smartboards and projectors in schools and use vga cables no more than 25meters long.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
