Hi, as the title suggests, I'm looking to get some work as a Mate in the Newcastle Upon Tyne area.I'm 28 years old, with a full UK driving license.
I'm currently studying the the C & G 2330 and will be finished the level 2 in May before going on to the level 3 in September. I have the 2382 and intend on getting the 2377-12 before the end of March.
I haven't worked in the trade before but do have a little experience from doing a few jobs with my Father-in-law (retired electrician). Although I may not have as much experience as some others, what I do have is a hunger to learn and enthusiasm. I am a very hard worker and I'm willing to start at the bottom.
I have my own hand tools and a few power tools. I don't have an ECS card but have applied for my Health & Safety test, so I should have one soon.
If there are no jobs available at the moment I am also willing to work for free on weekends.
If anybody could help me out here I'd be greatful for the opportunity. Please don't hestitate to contact me.
