I have a customer with a row of wall units that have a lot 15W pygmy bulbs under the shelves. For some reason, they seem to lose a bulb a week.
Had a quick look and the bulb holders are the brown, switched, daisy chain type. Something that's obvious is dark, scorch marks above each bulb. So Im thinking that regardless of the bulb lifetime problem, things are getting too hot.
Is there such a thing as low energy pygmy bulbs? I did a google but didnt find anything. Given that low energy bulbs run cooler, I was wondering if this might be a solution.
