Do any of the newer MEM/Eaton rcbos fit in a MEM2000AD board? Or do I have to fit AD rcbos?

pretty sure they fit,

have a search through the "what fits" thread, you may find a definitive answer there.

I know Wylex will fit, but there may be an issue with the door closing.

The new memshield 3 type will not fit the older boards Eaton are now tied up with the moeller group. The older memshierld 2 type should still be available at wholesalers for a few years but they have bumped the price up to put you off buying them.
