I have a MEMERA 3 consumer unit fitted in my 1980

Memera 3 was a plastic , smoked grey colour cover I think . You never know someone may have one but don't hold your breath.

You would see more benefits from your

Would be nice to get a bit of RCD protection on sockets so you can safely use things outside. Generally an old board like that would be thrown in the skip so I would not have a lid for it.

As Batts says , that type go in the skip these days , save your coppers and get some RCD protection from a new board.

That certainly is an old design of board, lacking some safety features found in modern boards. Also from your picture I cannot see any last inspection date sticker. If your electrical installation has not been inspected & tested during the past 10 years it may be wise to organise a formal inspection to check for any defects.
