got to move a cu is it ok to put the meter tails in yt2 surface monted the cu is going inside from outside cabinet about 1.5mtr away from the cut

 
i will be putiing two 20mm metal conduit through the wall the with two deep boxs

100 by 100 at each side should give some room for the bends i hope

Not a good idea to have two seperate conduits for tails you could get problems with currents between them.

 
Thanks for that i will think of some think else to protect cable in the cavaty

 
might up size the hole to 1" then use some plastic pipe i think that will carry

the tails and the main earth to the cu

Please remember your DNO maximum length of tails to be protected by their Head fuse, you may ned a fuse switch at the Origin to protect the tails.

I ask the dno when thay fitted the cut out switch so i dont have to ask them pull the main cut out and thay said 2.5mtr max

that cost the customer
