Hi, I'm doing a DIY install and have a question about isolation of batteries. Both my batteries have circuit breakers, however, under IET regs, breakers are not normally regarded as a suitable means of isolation. The maximum source/sink current of the batteries is 190A, should I fit a 250A 48V isolator between the batteries and the inverter? Whats the current MCS best practice for this?
