Hi

I am new to this forum so please be patient.

I am having solar panels installed later this week and am just clarifying the final setup. I have a slate roof and want to have the minimum of panels so have gone for the Benq 333w panels x 12. The issue I have is that I wanted as little disruption in the house as possible with cables etc so requested micro inverters. Enphase 215w micro inverters have been listed. Looking at the spec sheet for them I can't see that they will work and therefore I am confused.

I am looking for an answer to the enphase micro inverters being a suitable choice or not?

many thanks in advance. If they are a non starter, what would be recommended?

If you look at the spec for the Enphase 215W inverter it has a higher peak than 215W, but the larger one is still short of 333w peak so maybe they are assuming the panels won't be at peak production? Still not the best way of doing it though.

I am with canoeboy on this, get an sma inverter in the house where it is nice and dry, the less electronic items outside the better.
