MK Grid retrofit question

Maintenance chap at one of the sites we do work at asked me yesterday if the back box sizes for the grid system are the same size between the original range and the grid plus range , I.e. 12 way grid backbox plastered in the wall, can logic plus yokes, modules and cover plates be retro fitted? I initially said yes, but then had some creeping doubts, can anyone confirm?

fairly sure all MK grid stuff has remained the same size so should be OK

Not sure if the face plate apertures are same size

there are some bargains to be had on eBay for brand new old stock Old Style modules...very competitive pricing from a ver nice cuddly kitten sort of a person
