Multiple Phases!

I've got a single phase board being fed with two phases L2 and L3. At least they have their own main switch each and the neutrals aren't shared, does anyone know which reg no. is applicable and is this a C1 or C2 on an EICreport. Help please.

how do you know its 2 phases?

if it is,

is it 2 phase, or split phase?

Well it isnt a single phase board then, you have 2 phases in it.   All you need is a voltage warning  sticker on the outside.
