I agree Mate. It should be done and done quick. There is no point bringing in a Part P - if there is no "Education" of the public.

unfortunatly, itll never happen. unless some cowboy does work at No.10 and kills Mr. B, but even then, there will only be another version of (failed) part p that no-one knows about
