Where do the wires go to. Red is Live , Black is neutral. These then go into LED driver which then gives me two white wires ?

Doesn't matter which way around the whites go. I'm going to have to say that should be earthed but there is no earth terminal and whilst the driver indicates double insulated I doubt the fitting is. It looks like a piece of non-compliant Chinese tat, sorry but I am thinking of your safety.

@mda, If what you said is true, why would you be left with two white wires?

Red is +ve Black is -ve which as you said go to the driver, so they must be the driver OUTPUT, which means the two white wires must be the INPUT

The driver is a cheap "This will work" device, and with those single insulated wires floating around, that light should have an earth terminal, which it doesn't. What you have is akin to a type of Chinese sailing ship with fully battened sails

Thanks for the help, it's a cheap light for cosmetics rather than will ever be used.

If you are going to apply power to it then it is being used.

The white wires are your primary.
Slip them into a wago each then line & neutral into each wago independently.
Make sure fitting is earthed
