Question for Moderators. Some idiot was jailed today for posting nasty stuff on a website for people whose children have died .

Do these things not all have Moderators ? His Identity was tracked down and he ended up in court. His comments were ,apparently , vile and deranged causing distress to the lady who was interviewed on radio.

We are all accountable for any content we place on the internet, whether via a forum blog or Facebook.

A court order would make it quite easy to track most people down.

This is one reason we delete content that could be considered offensive, slanderous, libelous.

facebook failed its users by letting a bell end carry on like a bell end on its servers,not only are we paying 18 weeks HMP B&B for the bell end, we paid for the bell end to sit at home, drink & post tripe on the net[

Philbas, apparently he was being offensive to parents who had lost children , I think Oswald, like me , does not wish to give him further publicity.

Canoey says it was Facebook , perhaps there is no control on there .

It was actually a bereavement website for children that he left his messages on. He didn't know any of them.

It turns out that he has a few problems with Aspergers Syndrome being one of them.
