Nice mess

The builder:
1 - removed some tails from a full 5 way Henley block to make room to power his new CU for the extension
2 - cut the end off his RCD plug (unfused) extension lead
3 - connected the flex to the switched fuse that powered a static caravan containing a hot tub, tumble drier, and fan heaters
4 - plugged it in

B32 MCB -> Socket -> Unfused RCD Plug -> flex -> 60 Amp MCB -> SWA -> CU -> B32 breaker -> ambitiously loaded ring circuit peaking at about 38 amps
The weakest link failed.
