NVQ 3 question

"What are the procedures for co-ordinating data regarding on site services (eg. elect/gas /water)?"

Can anyone point me in the right direction? ray The question is from the underpinning knowledge questions of my NVQ level 3 subsection "install" and is the last one i have to do
