Hello all,

I have noticed that in my Windows Office 2007, I appear to have an unwanted line break between my breaks of the Return Key...

By This I mean I get the following...

I type one line out and press the Return key

And this is

What I get....

Instead of

I type one line out and press the Return key

And this is

What I should get...

Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this please?

Oh, And I have noticed that I have no bold button etc too.

:(

Thanks in advance for your help.

Surely there is something that I can do so that it doesn't do this? I mean, it isn't designed to do this so that the user has to press Shift?

i think its designed like that because when most people press enter, they want a new paragraph, with a line gap. so you only need to press return once instead of twice. but if you do only want to go to next line, you just hold shift

it's ok, I have sorted it.

Under "Paragraph" -> Indentation-> Set to 0pt
