From left to right..

Green = Earth. (probably 2x conductors inside 1 piece of sleeve)
Black = Neutral.
Back with Red sleeve = Switched live. (from switch to lamp)
2x Red = Permanent live, from supply and back to switch.

Thanks :) so I’d basically be looking at something like this switching to a new fitting?

that bit red sleeving will happily throw its self onto the floor when the wiring is disconnected. bit paint mark on it already but make sure you can still identify it without the red sleeving

bending the end so it can't jsut slide off usually works too
 
This is really no different to a modern ceiling rose, except the loop terminals are in the middle on a modern rose, and the earth terminal is completely separate.

Again well done for making sure you understand what you are doing before you disconnect the old fitting.
