few weeks back I was at me local shopping centre..

PC World is two doors away from Stapples... (Curry's in-between I think?)

any way PC world & Staples BOTH had the same memory stick for sale..

(a "Kingston Datatraveler 4Gig!)

i use the free 1 and its excellent .. also back up on usb ... but you can access ur back ups from on the job etc also any other things u drop on it .. also usee ee storage to same sort of thing .. but i got a free accout when i bought an asus laptop for the van . :)

 
wat about a backup server running windoze storage server 2008 :D

I don't know if PC World still do it, but several years ago they charged a card handling fee for credit card purchases. Not too serious if buying something for

 
I lost a load of info from my pc because I had not backed anything up.

Now all my files are loaded onto external storage systems.

I have inter changeble hard drives which make it a lot simpler.

Er yes when they buy them from the trade distributors, absolutely hammer the supplier into the ground on price and then don't pay for 120 days, I stopped selling to em a few years back cause I'd had enough of being jerked around

And the sort of punter daft enough to buy from DSG stores (Currys, PC World) typically don't shop around
