take a farl (that means four,), so in other words take one of your quarters(the triangley bit with the rounded edge! :slap ),

slice it in half, butter it, stick it under the grill til the butter melts down through it and it starts to brown,

take it out, put some HP on it and enjoy,

luverly, mmmmmm
