Outdoor Led Lights

Hi,

I want to instal lights outside a house that are by default dimmed down to around 30% but when a PIR is activated they raise to 100% for a short while....

What would i need to do this....

I know i need a PIR switch and the lights that are dimmable......

You would have to wire the lights through a suitable dimmer & connect the PIR output to the load side of this so when it switches on it bypasses the dimmer and puts full voltage to the lights.  I would also wire in a isolator before the switches.

The PIR is only to turn it on 100%,,,, what's going to turn it on to the 30% setting (automatically)?

The dimmer module the lights are wired through. How can a photocell dim to 30% ?
