Hi,

Doing a job ATM that requires

1) a security light at bottom of patio. (dist 15m from board)

2) 2 lights on back of house

3) a pond light/pump (low power draw)

All to be switched from triple switch under stairs next to cu.

The plan was to run 1.5mm t&e from 6a mcb to triple switch. Line into one switch then links to other switches. In trunking then through wall into adaptable box with 3 separate cables. Then from adaptable box with 3 separate 1.5mm swa's. One to security light. One to pond feature with resin joint underground, and other to another adaptable box further down wall so I can change to outdoor flex to 2 separate lights on back of house high level.

Is this an ok way to do this or can anyone suggest a better way as I'm still learning so any advice greatfully received.

Especially what types of adaptable box people prefer

Thanks

sounds ok may look better/ less cost easier with hituff/Fp/Fs type for the clipped on to brickwork lights but deffo swa for the ground run

if doing 3 runs swa to Ad box why not multicore it so only 1 run? then split off in desired cable types

rcd for pond?

All will be rcd'd mate as I'm putting in new board. The actual layout would make it difficult to use multicore swa but I like the idea. Thanks
