Can anyone tell me the best book to purchase regarding the 17 edition. I live in Hong Kong so I will have to buy online

The 17th Edition Wiring Regulations (BRB) is the main book to buy which costs about 70 pounds.

The OnSite Guide is an easier book to use but youll still need the Big Red Book above.
