First thread started with phone so bare with me.

Got a few lights to improve may turn into quite a few. I've attached a picture hopefully.

I've got some stainless conduit to get rid of the galv.

I want to improve the actual shade there are a few sort of surface scratches and dull patches. How do I go above sorting this out?

Cheers for any input.

If you decide to do it yourself you will need the right polishers wax, I have done similar jobs but only on a bench wheel. Doing it by hand would take ages and the results not as good.

I don't want to bugger anything up, so if it's well out of my reach I won't. On the other hand for some reason I really do like spending time in the garage doing this sort of thing, I'm sure I should go down the local more!

You could try Autosol which is a metal polish that comes in a tube. You often see it in car or motorbike shops and you can use it by hand, no buffing wheel needed . Problem with modern fittings is the chrome isn't very thick so you may not get good results, try first on an inconspicuous area just in case.
