Power Shower Issue

Ok so not sure if this is the right forum. But I'll try.

my power shower a Mira essentials is playing up. The motor is working and turning and making the noise it always had but only a dribble of water, hot or cold, is coming out.  I had a plumber flush it and show me that water was coming through the supply pipes to the shower but the water is then not coming through the shower. It did very briefly start to work after the flush but then went back to nothing.  I don't understand how unless something is blocked in the shower?  I've cleaned the filter too. Any advice?
