Scotland's energy mininster wants all electricians to be registered with " Strong, well thought out and sensibly policed regulation "
I knew they would start poking their noses in up there sooner or later and they won't just use their version of the JIB which already exists will they , they will have to create yet another layer of bureaucracy .
And then , I ask , when all the Scottish electricians have been "Sensibly policed" ....what happens if a sassenach sparks crosses the border to work and he hasn't been " Sensibly policed"
