Welcome to the forum.  To my knowledge WhatsApp is a community platform for small groups, friends, clubs or small collections of people with similar interests. One or more members have to have Admin status and they are the ones who can add or remove other members to or from the group. Chats from any member go to all participant in the group. I cannot see how this would work for a large group on a job search type environment. I would think the standard recruiting websites are the place to register for notifications of PTS vacancies.
