R1 + R2 test

When testing R1 +R2, do you write the actual measured reading on the schedule of test results or do the correction factors have to be used. I am doing my 2391 exam and different booklets describe differently the importance of these correction factors.

Write the reading you measured, the correction factors should have been accounted for by the designer.

If you look at the sample model forms in the on-site-guide OR

Guidance Note3 (Insp & Test)

you will see the R1+R2 column has a highlighted bullet point (*6)

This bullet points states if using method 1 write the measured value of R1+R2 in the column..

(method 1 is the R1+R2 test, method 2 is the long lead R2 only test)

You can check this out on page 94 of Guidance not 3 (halfway down the page)

or

Page 141, On site guide, again about half way down..
